Redlands EstatesThe Redlands is an unincorporated community about 20 miles southwest of Miami. It is named for the red clay that dominates the area. Along with stately Ranch estates and mid sized luxury homes it offers a unique rural lifestyle. Many farms, original clapboard homes, u-pick'em fields and Coral rock walls dot the landscape giving the area its unique character. Many houses built in the area must be on a minimum of 5 acres of land. My searches concentrate on property that is on at least 10000 Square feet of land.
